Stars Over Sunset Boulevard by Susan Meissner

Not one of her best but still good

I thought the connection to the movie Gone With The Wind was quite interesting. Violet started out as a sweet southern gal living in California but most of the book she was not very likeable. She was an immature whiney woman jealous of her best friend Audrey. Audrey was more worldly but she matured greatly and was very forgiving.

At times the story dragged but overall a good story.
