Two to Tango by Kathleen Fuller

Two to Tango is fourth and final book in the Maple Falls series that takes place in Arkansas. I believe this last book is my favorite in the series. The chemistry between Kingston and Olivia was there was the beginning but because of Kingston overtaxed schedule as a pediatrician he messed things up with her by ghosting her two different times. After the first time he ghosted her she decided to give him a second chance but he blew that chance. Fast forward a year later the older ladies and his overbearing mother could see the "chemistry" there and schemed to get them together but Olvia is twice bitten so it is not going to be easy for her to forgive him. This book had me laughing with the antics of the older ladies. If a book can manage to bring a smile to my face that's an added bonus to me. Also, there is an additonal romance in the book of two of the older characters in ths book. I really thororoughly enjoyed this book and hope the author writes more contemporary romance books. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Under Fire by Lynn H. Blackburn

Under Fire is third in the Defend and Protect series by Lynn H. Blackburn. I wanted to love it as much as the first three books in the series but I didn't. This book is classified as Romantic Suspense but there was too much focus on the romance. Tess and Zane have a history with each other and there is definitely some attraction there. She has a history of alcoholism and Zane had to deal with an alcoholic mother growing up. What I liked about the book deal is that it deals with imperfect characters. What I did not like about the book is that it focused too much on the romance aspect of the book and not enough suspense. Also there were too many characters that got confusing. Fans who have read the other books in this series will enjoy this book.

Break of Day by Colleen Coble

Break of Day is the third book of the Annie Pederson series. To fully understand the characters I recommend you read the series in the order the books are written. At the beginning of this book Annie is estranged from her long lost sister Sarah. To understand why you need to read the previous books. Also other plot lines will be best understood if you read the previous books. I always jump at the chance to read a Colleen Coble novel. These books keep me up late at night wanting to finish and this one was did not disappoint. At one time toward the end I was wondering if characters I had grown attached to were going to get out alive. It was that suspenseful. Highly recommend for those who love romantic suspense novels and Coleen Coble.
