The Good GirlThe Good Girl by Christy Barritt
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Tara experienced an event in her life that devastated her. She lost her marriage and most of her friends for something that she did not do. She was falsely accused of something terrible so she goes to Minnesota for a while to escape. She is staying at her sister's house taking care of the dog where the sister is on vacation. Tara was the poster child for the good girl but what did it get her? Because of what has happened to her she feels abandoned by God. While in Minnesota she makes some new friends but strange things start happening in the house. Is the house haunted by the former resident who disappeared and presumed dead? This book kept me in suspense. I loved the new people she met who supported her and happy she was finally vindicated in the end.
