After Emma broke his heart in "What God Brings Together" I was hoping Dr. Mike would get his own happy ending and he does in this book. The road to his happiness is not smooth and several bumps in the road have to ironed out. I enjoyed re-visiting some characters from the previous book. Very good to see what is happening with Emma and Ryan and their family. Looking forward to reading more from the extended family and friends of Emma and Ryan.
